Comfortable Stay with Room for Improvement

Enjoyed our two-night stay. The staff impressed us with their friendliness, but our first room had some issues, including a broken elevator control. Opt for an upper floor for more privacy – the first floor lacked blinds. Overall, a decent experience.

we stayed here during a wedding and were pleasantly surprised at how good everything was. the king suite was cozy, with comfortable beds and a great shower. breakfast had a nice variety, including fresh pastries and customizable omelets that really made our mornings memorable.

I had a comfortable stay at the Fairfield Inn. The bed felt nice, and the room had good water pressure for showers. Breakfast provided decent choices, just nothing stood out. The staff checking me in were really friendly and welcoming. However, the elevator kept getting stuck, which caused some frustration. I also faced issues with parking, as there was an extra fee that I wasn't expecting. Smoking policy faced some misunderstandings, and I felt the extra charge was unfair. The common areas could definitely use a bit more attention for cleanliness.

We stayed here for 2 nights and while the breakfast was surprisingly good with lots of options, the cleanliness was a big letdown. Found hair on the bathroom ceiling and the towels were kinda moldy. The staff was friendly, but the check-in felt a bit off without any confirmation. Definitely could've been better.

The hotel's location was perfect for our family. We enjoyed easy access to Jacksonville Beach, where we basked in the sun and played in the waves. The continental breakfast was a hit with unexpected extras, like delicious pastries and fresh fruit, making mornings delightful.

My kids wished the pool area had more seating and shade for families. It was a bit limited, especially on sunny days.

Some cleanliness issues popped up. hairs on the bathroom floor made it feel less than fresh, which isn't ideal. The AC struggled to cool the room efficiently, making nights a bit uncomfortable.
